Credit-Based Pricing

VeeShorts operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packages or through subscriptions.

Non-Refundable Credits

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Unused credits do not expire for paid packages
• Free promotional credits may have expiration dates

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Technical failure on our part preventing credit use
• Double billing or payment errors
• As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Subscription Refunds

For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period.
